This well-maintained 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Cleverdale cottage is designed for comfort and convenience. The first floorfeatures a cozy living room, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath. For your comfort and peace of mind, the home includes central air conditioningthroughout and a full-house generator to ensure your stay is uninterrupted during any power outages.

The property’s private dock does not accommodate power boats, but guests are welcome to bring or rent kayaks, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), or rowboats to explore the lake. The dock is also ideal for sunbathing, relaxing with friends, and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The shallow, calm waters make for excellent swimming for children and families.
