Just off the sunroom is a fully equipped galley kitchen, with an adjoining dining area and living room designed for relaxing together.

The first floor includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features an en-suite bathroom, expansive views of Lake George, and access to a private deck overlooking the water. The loft provides additional sleeping space, making the home ideal for families.

Parking Information

The property is accessed by a steep driveway that includes a deeded right-of-way for one neighboring property to access the shared dock. Guests are welcome to drive down the driveway to unload luggage, groceries, and other belongings before moving their vehicle. Parking is available in the pull-off area near the garage or at the top of the driveway. Please keep the driveway clear at all times to ensure the neighboring property can access the shared dock via the deeded right-of-way.
