OVERVIEW

Welcome to Caldwell Circle Retreat, a peaceful lakefront home on the southern end of Lake George—perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to relax and recharge. With beautiful sunrise views, direct lake access, and plenty of space inside and out, this home offers the ideal setting for a memorable getaway in the Adirondacks.

Start your morning with coffee on the spacious deck overlooking the lake, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub as the sun sets. The cedar barrel sauna adds a unique touch for guests looking to relax after a day on the water or hiking nearby trails.

Inside, the first floor includes a comfortable primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and large closet. A half bath is located just down the hall for guest use. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the open living room—with sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck—is a great spot to gather, read, or enjoy a board game. A laundry room adds extra convenience during longer stays.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second primary-style bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as two more bedrooms that share a full bath. Linens and towels are included for your stay.

Step outside to enjoy your own private U-shaped dock, which can accommodate a boat up to 30 feet. Two kayaks are available for exploring the shoreline, and the owners keep a motorboat and sailboat at the dock. After a day of swimming or boating, fire up the grill and enjoy a relaxed evening on the deck.

Caldwell Circle Retreat is not just about lake life—it’s also a great base for exploring the historic town of Ticonderoga. Just a short drive away, Fort Ticonderoga offers tours, scenic walking paths, gardens, and reenactments that bring history to life. You can hike or drive up Mount Defiance for sweeping views of both Lake George and Lake Champlain, or explore local landmarks like the Heritage Museum, the Hancock House, and other sites that tell the rich story of the region.

Ticonderoga also offers plenty to do throughout the summer months, including hiking and biking trails, public golf courses and fishing spots, family-friendly events, seasonal farmers markets, and a charming mix of antique shops and locally owned restaurants.

Whether you’re paddling along the shoreline, exploring nearby historical landmarks, or simply enjoying quiet mornings on the deck, Caldwell Circle Retreat is a wonderful place to slow down and soak in everything this special area has to offer.

We’re always working to make your stay more comfortable, and for 2025, that includes a newly paved driveway, freshly restained deck and railings, and the installation of high-efficiency toilets. Looking ahead, a brand-new dock is scheduled for 2026, offering enhanced space and structure. With this exciting upgrade, rates will increase for the 2026 season—so we encourage guests to take advantage of 2025 pricing while it lasts.
