This 4 bedroom 4 bath custom home provides over 5,700 square feet of livable space and private outdoor living at its finest.
As you enter the home, you will find a comfortable living room with see-through fireplace and large floor to ceiling windows overlooking the backyard. A gourmet kitchen with Wolf range and Sub Zero appliances, large center island and pantry. Completing the main level, laundry room, office, formal dining area, sunroom with pellet stove, first floor bedroom with queen size bed, full bath and access to the three-car garage.
On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace. The first bedroom features a queen bed while the second bedroom features two twin beds. A full bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms. Adjacent is the master bedroom, features a king bed, smart tv, generous walk-in closet, gorgeous ensuite with soaking bath and walk-in shower, and an Eastern-facing deck to enjoy the morning breeze.
The lower level includes a spacious family room with a gas fireplace, home movie theatre with Roku TV, a fitness room, large wet bar, and a full bathroom with enclosed glass steam shower.
