The large sliding glass doors in the living room give you access to the deck which sits right on the shoreline, offering a stunning view of the lake. The house is also fitted with a washer & dryer, a new UV water filtration system, A/C, heat, and Wifi for your convenience.

The guest house is separate and features two bedrooms, a study, two bathrooms, and a cozy living area. It comes equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, games, and books. The master bedroom in the guest house is wheelchair accessible and has an en-suite bathroom. The guest house also has A/C, ceiling fans, and Wifi.

The estate includes a 28’ dock space, shallow swimming area, and deep swimming off the end of the dock. It's the ideal spot for taking in the spectacular sunrise views.
